datacenterHawk, an industry leader in data center real estate intelligence, is seeking an experienced Global Head of Marketing to lead marketing strategy and execution across North America, EMEA, and APAC. This role exists to elevate marketing into a primary growth driver for the business by setting clear direction and leading a lean but high-performing marketing team. The Global Head of Marketing will operate as both a player and a coach, balancing strategic leadership with hands-on execution. They will have the authority and expectation to propose and lead marketing initiatives that exceed current growth plans where justified by market opportunity. This role reports to the VP of Sales and Marketing and works closely with Sales, Product, and Operations leadership.

Job Summary:

The Global Head of Marketing is responsible for defining, owning, and evolving global marketing strategy in support of company growth objectives. This role evaluates market opportunity, customer segments, regional dynamics, and product positioning to determine where marketing investment can drive the greatest impact. In addition to executing against current priorities, the Head of Marketing is expected to identify and advocate for larger or more ambitious growth initiatives when supported by market opportunity and sound strategic reasoning.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Drive, manage and evolve global marketing strategy in alignment with company growth objectives
  • Evaluate market opportunity, customer segments, regional dynamics, and product positioning to guide marketing investment and prioritization
  • Identify, propose, and lead marketing-driven growth initiatives supported by market opportunity and strategic rationale
  • Provide direct leadership to the marketing team with responsibility for team development, prioritization, and performance
  • Operate as a player/coach by remaining hands-on with key initiatives while building scalable systems, processes, and standards as the function grows
  • Support the VP of Sales and Marketing by ensuring close alignment between marketing strategy and revenue priorities
  • Own global marketing strategy to include positioning, messaging, go-to-market planning, and campaign strategy across products and regions, with particular focus on expansion in EMEA and APAC
  • Ensure consistency of brand, messaging, and narrative across all regions and channels while allowing for appropriate regional nuance
  • Partner with Product and Operations teams on long-term roadmap and positioning decisions
  • Represent the marketing function in leadership discussions with confidence and clarity
  • Attend conferences and industry events as needed (domestic and international)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing
  • 4+ years management/supervisory experience building and managing team
  • Ability to work in Dallas, TX office full-time
