We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for all lead generation and inbound content marketing efforts for the Simplify Compliance healthcare, human resources management and safety brands. In this role, you will utilize proven marketing tactics such as landing page creation and conversion testing, paid search, online advertising, email marketing, and social media to grow the pipeline for the various sales teams. The successful candidate will have experience driving engagement and keeping the lead funnel full while monitoring the process flow and integration with Salesforce and the IBM marketing automation campaigns.
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing cross-platform campaigns to effectively drive growth. Reporting to the Marketing Director and collaborating with cross-functional teams—including sales, editorial, design, and web development—you will lead others in inbound and outbound marketing initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
