Research Analyst - Intern

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Research Analyst Intern to join our team. This intern will support the research team in gathering and analyzing data related to data center real estate markets. This individual will help connect with market participants, stay informed about recent developments and deals, and assist in standardizing and publishing market insights. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in research, data analysis, and the commercial real estate industry.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and analyze trends across global data center regions
- Assist in maintaining and updating datasets on facilities, operators, and infrastructure developments
- Support the research team with project-based tasks, data validation, and source tracking
- Help prepare internal reports, customer deliverables, and platform content
- Collaborate with team members to improve research workflows and data quality
- Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of professional experience
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
