The role of a Delegate Coordinator is to invite, qualify, confirm and retain top level decision makers to our Forum Event Conferences. This role requires a willingness to make a high quantity and quality of phone calls to invite decision makers to our conference locations. Success is measured by meeting and exceeding delegate attendance targets with a high degree focused on selling the conference experience. This role would suit an enthusiastic individual with a telephone sales/call center background and an interest in live events, ideally comfortable dealing with different personalities, gatekeepers and objections on the phone.
