As a Data Coordinator, you will support our Fiberlocator service where you will be responsible for collecting, formatting, and tracking data collected from multiple sources. You will work closely with product management, sales, marketing, and development. 

successful candidate will have 1-2 years’ experience with data, GIS experience a plus; enjoy working with data gathering and data management.  Available to work a hybrid schedule with up to 3 days in-office.

Job Summary:

A data acquisition analyst is responsible for collecting, formatting and tracking data collected from multiple sources. This position works closely with product management, sales, marketing and development.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Acquiring various data set updates to populate FiberLocator
  • Format and upload all data to our SaaS platform
  • Manage relationships and receive updates from existing contacts
  • Research new companies and contacts for outreach to collect new data
  • Maintain schedule of updates
  • Track and report new data and updates monthly
  • Audit internal systems for consistency and accuracy

  • Information System (IS) skills with Quantum Geographic Information System (QGIS) or ArcGIS Pro experience preferred
  • Data science, programming skills and/or Salesforce experience a plus

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1-3 years’ experience data gathering, data management or related field.
  • Available to work a hybrid schedule with up to 3 days in-office
