Marketing Designer

datacenterHawk, an industry leader in data center real estate intelligence, is seeking a Marketing Designer to elevate the visual quality, consistency, and professionalism of our marketing and client-facing materials. This role exists to bring clarity, polish, and cohesion to our static graphics, print assets, and presentation materials. As a data-driven company with a high bar for design and communication, we need a designer who can execute with precision, maintain consistency across details, and bring fresh visual ideas within an established brand system. This role is focused on marketing and brand design, not product or UX design, and will work closely with marketing leadership to translate direction into high-quality execution.

Job Summary:

The Marketing Designer will craft high-impact marketing materials and presentations, ensuring a cohesive and persuasive presentation of brand values.  This includes designing static graphics, print materials, presentation decks, one-pagers, event collateral, and other marketing assets used across sales, marketing, and leadership communications.  This role is focused on marketing and brand design, not product or UX design, and will work closely with marketing leadership to translate direction into high-quality execution.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for end-to-end production of marketing assets to streamline marketing positioning and message.
  • Apply strong design fundamentals (layout, typography, hierarchy, and visual consistency) to translate established direction, brand standards, and messaging into clean, compelling designs
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail across all marketing and presentation materials
  • Collaborate closely with marketing leadership, product marketing, and content teams to support campaigns, events, and go-to-market initiatives
  • Bring fresh visual ideas and perspectives to improve the overall look and feel of datacenterHawk’s marketing materials while maintaining brand coherence
  • Assist with organizing and improving internal design systems, templates, and shared assets
  • Iterate on designs based on feedback while maintaining quality and clarity
  • Support sales and leadership teams with presentation and print needs
  • Assist with conference and event materials as needed
  • Partner with the Sr. UX Designer as appropriate to ensure brand alignment

The Individual

  • Well rounded portfolio highlighting expertise in print design, static graphics and presentation design
  • Strong design instincts with an eye for typography, spacing, and hierarchy
  • Highly detail-oriented and organized
  • Comfortable working within brand guidelines while improving them over time
  • Strong project and time management skills
  • Proficiency in modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent)
  • Experience supporting B2B, SaaS, or data-driven companies

Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing or a related field
  • 3-5 years’ experience producing marketing and brand asset (in-house or agency) experience acceptable                                           
  • Ability to work in Dallas, TX office full-time
