Sales Representative

H3.Group is looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in Salt Lake City, Utah. For more than 30 years, we have ensured the financial health of the nation’s healthcare providers. Our business-to-business content when applied within the revenue-cycle workflow of physician offices, home health agencies and hospitals significantly improves productivity and accuracy. We help providers to see and seize opportunity, as well as avoid and mitigate risk so that they can focus on providing quality care to patients.

The Sales Representative will be responsible for renewing and up-selling DecisionHealth’s Medical Practice electronic and booking customer base. In addition, this role is responsible for welcome calls and quarterly “touch-base” efforts to our existing customer base.

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Proactively contact customers with expiring contracts and ensure highest possible renewal rate percentage.
  • Meet or exceed renewable quotas, and objectives.
  • Work with the outbound sales team on new business to jointly achieve total customer satisfaction according to renewals/account management best practices and by optimally managing Company’s resources.
  • Assist the outbound sales team to up-sell/cross-sell current customers on new products or services.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships and resolve customer service and technical support issues.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of Company products, technology, and outbound sales team verticals.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain the highest level of client retention.
  • Monitor competitive products and the marketplace for opportunity and competitive changes.
  • Provide feedback to senior management on significant market and product issues.


  • College degree preferred
  • 1+ years outbound call experience preferred
  • Average daily outbound call volume - 75 per day
  • Solid planning and organizational skills required
  • Ability to effectively present and demonstrate products
  • Web based application and/or software sales knowledge preferred
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
