Account Development Representative

Job Summary:

We are looking for results-driven sales professionals to join our growing team! The Account Development Representative is responsible for building a client base by acquiring new customers and working with repeat customers via phone and email. If you are a proven closer and exemplify the passion, we are looking for you. Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Make 60+ outbound cold calls per day to establish new business
  • Gather leads using search engines and other business resources
  • Utilize a consultative sales approach to generate new business

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Additional duties as assigned.

The Individual:

  • Strong closing skills with aptitude to close sales via phone
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills in MS Office, SalesForce.com & GoToMeeting, a plus

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years inside sales experience
  • AS or equivalent; BA/BS preferred
